I flew into Akron from NY to have a vehicle inspection on a Subaru before purchasing. I called them right from the airport, not even 45 mins later I showed up...3 hours "before" my appointment! I was welcomed without any wait. They performed an extremely detailed PPI, was invited to personally see issues on the vehicle and given a detailed list. Such professionalism and politeness is very rare coming from a big city...5 star on everything! One of the best experiences I ever had with any sort of automotive / mechanic shop! Thank you so much!
